The Colorado M-Series UVgel printer now includes a standard two-year warranty on parts and two year/215,000 ft² (whichever comes first) warranty on printheads¹. This enhanced warranty, paired with the Colorado’s amazing image quality, wide media options, and high productivity, helps you get the most out of your printer investment.

In addition to the standard warranty, Canon Solutions America also offers a series of proCARE premium after-sales service programs that include maintenance, spare parts along with fast on-site response times.

1. If an M-series printhead fails in the first two years/ 215,000 square feet of printed layers (whichever comes first), the head may be covered by warranty. Failure of printheads as the result of abuse, neglect, relocation, mishandling, alteration, electric current fluctuation, or accident is not covered. Failure due to non-compliance with all CSA and manufacturer guidelines and requirements will also not be covered. Printheads must be replaced by a Canon Solutions America authorized service representative. Covered printheads are ordered by the technician. The 215,000 square feet is based printed layers monitored via printhead counter Q.
